How to sign in to Eolas using email and password, Google, Microsoft, or SSO.

Written by Mike Thompson

Eolas supports a few different ways to sign in. Which one applies to you depends on how your organization is set up.

Email and password

  1. Enter your email address and click Continue.

  2. Enter your password and click Continue.

Forgot your password? Click Forgot Password? on the password screen. We'll send a reset code to your email.

Google or Microsoft

  1. Click Google or Microsoft.

  2. Complete sign-in with your existing account. You'll be taken straight into Eolas.

Single sign-on (SSO)

If your organization uses SSO, you won't need a separate Eolas password.

  1. Enter your work email and click Continue.

  2. Eolas detects your organization's SSO setup and redirects you automatically.

  3. Sign in through your organization's login page. You'll land back in Eolas.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

If your organization requires 2FA, you'll see one extra step after your password.

  1. Open your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar).

  2. Enter the 6-digit code.

  3. Click Sign In.

Check Remember me on this device to skip this step next time on the same device.

Lost your authenticator app? Click Use Backup Code and enter one of the emergency codes you saved when you first set up 2FA.

Sign in by email code

Some accounts use a one-time email code instead of a password.

  1. Enter your email and click Continue.

  2. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code from Eolas.

  3. Enter the code and click Continue.

No code? Check your spam folder. Still nothing — click Send a New Code.

Not sure which method applies to you, or having trouble getting in? Contact your IT administrator — they manage access for your organization.
