The Divisions tab lets you organize sites into groups based on geographic region, business unit, or another structure that fits your organization. For example, you could create divisions for the Northeast, Southeast, and West Coast, then place each site in the appropriate group.
This makes a large portfolio easier to manage and helps clarify who is responsible for the sites in each division.
View your divisions
Click Organizations in the left sidebar, then select Divisions. You'll see all divisions in your organization.
Create a division
Click + Add in the top right.
Enter a name and description for the division.
Click Save.
Add a child division
A child division is a division within another division, called its parent division. Use child divisions to organize your portfolio into smaller groups. For example, a Texas division could contain Dallas, Austin, and Houston child divisions, each grouping the communities in that market.
Find the parent division in the Divisions tab.
Open its action menu and select Add child division.
Enter a name and description for the child division.
Click Save.
The child division appears beneath its parent in the divisions list. Click the arrow beside the parent division to expand or collapse its contents.
Open the child division to view its profile. The Parent Division field shows which division it belongs to. To assign sites, click Add Site in the profile.
Add sites to a division
Open a division to view its detail panel.
Click Add to Division.
Search for and select the sites you want to include.
Click Save.
Move a site between divisions
Open a division and select a site, then choose Move to from the site's action menu. Select the destination division and confirm.
Set operating hours for a division
Open a division and go to the Hours tab to configure default operating hours for the division. Individual sites can still override these with their own hours.
Edit or delete a division
Click on a division and click Edit to update its name or description. To delete a division, use the actions menu — the sites within it won't be deleted, just unassigned from that division.
