Places are sub-locations within a site — think floors, rooms, zones, or any other breakdown that makes sense for your organization. They let you get more specific about where something is happening.
View your places
Click Sites in the left sidebar, then select a site and look for Places in the detail panel. You can also navigate directly to Places from the sidebar if it's enabled for your organization.
Add a place
Open a site and click Add Place.
Enter the place name and any relevant details.
Click Save.
Places can be nested — you can add a place inside another place to build out a full location hierarchy.
Edit a place
Click on a place to open its detail panel.
Click Edit to update its name or details.
Click Save.
Set hours for a place
Open a place and go to the Hours tab to set operating hours specific to that location — these can differ from the parent site's hours.
Duplicate or delete a place
Use the row menu to duplicate a place (handy for setting up multiple similar spaces). To delete, select Delete from the menu and confirm. You'll be asked to select a replacement if the place is referenced elsewhere.
